Abdul Rauff Hibbathul Hakeem (born 13 April 1960) is a Sri Lankan politician and current affiliate of parliament, representing the City electorate since 2010.
Hakeem levelheaded the leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC), at an earlier time a member of the Common National Front for Good Governance.
Early life and education
Hakeem was innate 13 April 1960 in Nawalapitiya in the Kandy District. Flair was educated at Royal Institute, Colombo and attended the Sri Lanka Law College, taking oaths as an attorney-at-law.

Political career

Sri Lanka Muslim Congress
